If you do not want to take the won job, you can decline before confirming. No success fee is due at that point and the job may reopen to other businesses.

How much does a won job cost?
We use the total value of the offer accepted by the customer: labour + materials.

A fixed fee, not a percentage of the job.
This is the current maximum fee band.
Important
- The FairerQuote fee is not a deposit or part-payment for the customer’s work.
- The customer pays the contractor for the work directly under the terms they agree with each other.
- The fee is based on the business offer the customer accepts, not the customer’s original quote.
- The business sees the exact amount before confirming the won job.
- Refund rules and the remaining conditions are set out in the Terms.
